The Crossing's Last Stand

Jafferty and Jenny w/ our "big" beers

The Ladies' Restroom at The Crossing. I always enjoyed the random remarks. One in particular caught my eye that Saturday. . . . "Ladies, PLEASE remember to wipe from front to back!"

Raudus striking a pose

Ahhh. . . A lazy fall afternoon at The Crossing

This will probably be the last football season that my favorite drinking establishment will be around. I have such fond memories of times spent there. Nathan, I spilled a 24 ounce beer on you after our rehearsal dinner. Jafferty and I dancing to Dave Matthews and loving on our beloved KU band. . . 'nuf said. Here are some pics from the KU/Baylor game with my college roommate, Jafferty, and some other college buddies.

"I'm Telling Jesus"

It's tough to keep a straight face when yelling at Luke when he fires back with, "I'm telling Jesus!" I guess we know he's learning something at St. Michael's. Here are some pictures of the little devils:

Mae enjoying her bouncer.

Luke and his bear claws.
Luke and Mae hanging on the couch.
Daddy getting cheesy with Mae.
Mae always chewing on something.

We are slackers. . .

I know we haven't posted in over a month, but it has been quite a month. I have traveled a bit for work, Ry and I took a quick trip to Chicago for a Cubbies Game and Mae just turned 5 months today! I promise to add some pictures to the blog this weekend.

Luke got a hold of our camera. . . need we say more?

. . . and mommy with a beer in her hand, of course. . .

Great Grandpa and Grandma Audus came into town for Mae's baptism, all the way from SoDak! (Mae is napping)

Luke entertained us that afternoon in his new pool.

What's Happening???

Blast from the Past

We're in the process of moving our older photos from our dying Gateway to our new MacBook. We thought we'd share some of our greatest hits from the past couple of years.

These are a few of our favorites of Lukie. In the first pic, Luke was right at 12-14 months. Mornings were not a good time for him. He would come into our bedroom and watch cartoons while we got ready for work. He was such a cute little guy. In the last pic, you can see our good friends Carly and Marcy in the background laughing. Carly and Luke are only 3 months apart.

We'll try to get some newer pictures on the blog soon. Mae is really growing fast. She is now taking full advantage of her Bumbo chair and regularly sleeps 8 hour stretches. Luke is growing too. He's learning new tricks each day that test our patience. Jenny just got over strep throat and pink eye. It was quite a week for her. I traveled to Memphis that week, so she had her hands full on top of being sick. We certainly are living life in the fast lane.
